On March 19th, after being evaluated and recognized by the Dongguan Municipal Trade Union, our company's Zhu Jun Labor Model and Craftsmen Talent Innovation Studio was officially awarded the title of 'Dongguan Labor Model and Craftsmen Talent Innovation Studio'. 

In 2020, Zhu Jun was awarded the title of 'Labor Model of Dongguan City'. In 2023, with the support of the Dongguan City and Hongmei Town Trade Unions, the 'Zhu Jun Labor Model and Craftsmen Talent Innovation Studio' was established. This recognition at the municipal level fully affirms the capabilities and innovative achievements of the studio team. It will further stimulate the innovation vitality of the team and help the studio carry out technical training, promote the transformation of achievements, continuously play the pioneering and exemplary role of labor models and craftsmen in the field of technological innovation, and inject strong impetus into the high-quality development of enterprises. 

The Labor and Craftsmen Talent Innovation Studio of Dongguan City was named by the Dongguan Municipal Trade Union. Its purpose is to promote the spirit of laborers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, and to inspire the majority of laborers and craftsmen to play a leading role as role models, and to promote technological innovation and industrial upgrading. As of April 2025, there are 84 municipal-level labor and craftsmanship talent innovation studios in Dongguan City.
