When the company was first established, there were occasional incidents where salespeople competed for orders. But Tao Manager never argued with others or competed with them. Manager Tao came to Shenzhen in 1992. Before coming to Shenzhen, Manager Tao was an electrician and an accountant in his hometown village. After arriving in Shenzhen, Manager Tao's first job was to apply for a position as a salesperson at Xingyun Electrical Company. Two years later, Manager Tao resigned from Xingyun Electrical Company, and at that time, Mr. Wen had just been hired by Xingyun Company as a salesperson as well. They had a brief encounter. 

One year later, in 1995, Xingyun Company went bankrupt. Manager Wen had no choice but to leave the company and embarked on his own entrepreneurial journey. At this time, Manager Tao was working at a company in the science park. In the early second year, Manager Tao left the company in the science park and joined the company founded by Manager Wen, and has been working there until now.

Through all the storms, we have gained a lot.

The journey of starting a business is tough and filled with many unforgettable memories. Since the company was newly established, it had no brand, no strength, and even couldn't be called a small workshop. Therefore, the business was extremely difficult to carry out. Every time they went out, the most they received was coldness and disdain. Very few people were willing to listen to your self-introduction. Often, before you could even start speaking, you were pushed out. However, even though you were pushed away, you still had to grit your teeth and go again and again, either because you were forced to do so, or because you were moved by their persistence, or because you went there too many times. Eventually, with this perseverance and determination, Manager Tao finally secured a large order worth nearly 200,000 yuan. 

After winning this contract, Manager Tao received nearly 20,000 yuan in commission. To facilitate the business operations, Manager Tao resolutely spent over 8,000 yuan to buy a mobile phone. This was a huge sum of money at that time. However, not long after, when he was riding a bicycle to the market to buy vegetables, he put the phone in his bag. Unfortunately, the bag and the phone were stolen. He was extremely heartbroken. After learning about this, Mr. Wen gathered many people to search at the market, but ultimately they were unable to retrieve it. 

Of course, compared to all these difficulties and memories, Manager Tao was mostly filled with gratitude and emotion. Manager Tao had his own house and a cozy home in Shenzhen. However, Manager Tao said that at the beginning, he never thought of buying a house in Shenzhen. One reason was that he believed that once he made money, he would have to return to his hometown to enjoy his old age; the other reason was that he was worried that the business wouldn't take off, even if he managed to pay the down payment, he might still not be able to afford the monthly payments. But General Wen strongly encouraged them to buy a house. Not only did he help them cover the down payment, but he also promised that if they couldn't afford the monthly payments in the future, the company would provide the support. This year, Manager Tao, General Shen from the Technology Department, Zhang General from Kang Hongxin, and others all got their own houses in Shenzhen. The fact proves that this act of buying a house was very correct. 

Then, in 2004, Manager Tao acquired his first car. The money for the car was also paid for by the company in advance, and it was Wen Zong who accompanied him to make the purchase. Manager Tao said, 'Over the past twenty years, I have experienced both hardships and gains. All I can express is gratitude and admiration.'

An enthusiastic party branch secretary

Manager Tao is a very warm and approachable person. At work, Manager Tao provides enthusiastic service to customers. The consistent evaluation of customers towards Manager Tao is that he is trustworthy, punctual, and provides excellent service. In the company, Manager Tao is sincere and warm, gentle and friendly. I sit next to Manager Tao, and although we have a significant age difference, whenever he has something to talk to me, he always speaks in a gentle and kind manner, making me feel like I'm in a warm embrace, without any sense of age disparity or distance. Manager Tao has a habit of making a cup of coffee every morning when he arrives at the company, and he always forgets to ask me to make one as well. But I don't have the habit of drinking coffee, so every time I can only express my gratitude for his enthusiasm. 

Meanwhile, Manager Tao is also the Party branch secretary of the company. Manager Tao joined the Party organization in his hometown long ago, and after coming to Shenzhen, he actively participated in local Party activities. After taking on the position of the company's Party branch secretary, Manager Tao actively played the role of a bridge between the company's Party members and the local Party organization, and enthusiastically organized various Party activities. He worked diligently and fulfilled his duties conscientiously.

A warm and happy family

Manager Tao has two children. Both his daughter and son have gotten married and have grandchildren and great-grandchildren of their own. His daughter is currently in Shenzhen, while his son works at Nanhuaxi Company in Dongguan and also engages in sales. 

Manager Tao's wife came to Shenzhen with him a long time ago. She used to work in the company before, but later returned to her family and devoted herself to taking care of the household. 

Manager Tao is actually a very fashionable person. He changes his mobile phone more frequently than young people do and uses it more smoothly than them. He just bought a Samsung model of *********, but within a year, his daughter, who is also in line with his preferences, bought him an Apple 6. She took the first ride on the Apple 6 and was at the forefront of fashion.

Regarding retirement and life after retirement

Manager Tao is approaching retirement age. According to the normal retirement age, he should retire next year or the year after. However, Manager Tao hopes to continue working for a few more years and retire only after he reaches the age of 65. 

Regarding life after retirement, Manager Tao doesn't have any specific plans. Although he owns a house in Shenzhen, he still hopes to return to his hometown to live. When he has time, he also wants to travel around.
